Prior to entering this site, it is necessary for you to electronically sign the following statement and agree to its conditions. Under the penalty of perjury, I swear and/or affirm the following :

Venue of any action brought to enforce, or relating to, this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the San Francisco, California Superior or Municipal Court, or the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
