TIM Banned Again
The TIM booth at the Folsom Street Fair met with an overwhelming response from attendees and fans alike.
Ravenous crowds clamored to get up-close and personal with TIM men Dawson, Christian, Jerry Stearns and Damon Dogg. All four were on hand to provide expert service to the hordes of fans.
Also, two TIM-sponsored human urinals relieved hundreds of pent-up attendees. Both urinals later agreed that they'd never swallowed so much piss in their lives.
Unfortunately Folsom was not pleased. The TIM booth-mates were repeatedly warned about the rampant “sexual activity and the number of exposed erections."
All of this resulted not only in the re-banning of Treasure Island Media from Folsom, but also in a warning to TIM not to use any video footage shot by TIM or friends of TIM during the event.
As Paul put it, "It looks like the Folsom may have entered the Bush league."

Seriously... what is Folsom supposed to be about? Expressing your freedom of sexuality in an open enviroment or conforming to their standard of behavior?
What can they do if you use the footage shot - sue you?
hey paul - i really did enjoy the booth this year - i came in from philly to participate, and granted, I wasn't decked out in leather, your guys were just great. I really wanted to meet Dawson and I did - he personally autographed my "meat packing" cd, and it was very cool to see him in person...
I always read that he was quite approachable - he was more than kind - such a nice guy. He's the kind of guy that you want to invite over for dinner and talk to all night - so pleasant, kind - just an all around great guy. For all the porn stars roaming around the fair, by far, your guys were the coolest, most social, with Dawson topping the list.
The human urinals I could do without next year - simply for the fact that it was a total pleasure just getting to meet your staff and crew... and I have to admit, walking around with my TIM shirt provided me with lots of enjoyment, especially since i got the NASTIEST looks from the other porn companies.. ha...

Man, I wish I could have visited Folsom just to stop by your booth. The sexual appetites of the people in your videos are great, I wish I could be one of them. You know, when it comes to self expression, freedom of speech, it really makes you think that as a world wide community do we really have the right to really do what legislation says we have the right to do. There is always some form of a dark cloud that hangs over our heads telling us, "What we can and what we can't do."
Though I have never been to a Folsom Street Fair but living in Sydney Australia, I have seen my share of people telling us to pull our heads in during our Mardi Gras Parades. If people don't like, then it's their choice to watch it or not, no one puts a gun to anyone's head and says otherwise. During one Mardi Gras parade in particular the Reverand Fred Niles a local minister in Australian Parliment, decided he was going to get a bunch of bible bashers together and tell us we were all going to hell. Hence I dropped my pants in front of him and his preachers took a crucifix and shoved it up my ass in front of him. On lookers cheered me on and he was forced to leave the parade.
I guess I refuse to have anyone tell me how I should express myself in public. I will use my judgement though and if I feel that timing isn't right, then I won't go down on someone in the middle of a dance floor, but if the crowd wants it, then I'm for it.
But also bear in mind that issues of self expression are also brought forward into the arts community, music and other forms of ertoica Gay & Straight. People are afraid of self expression and the people who choose to do so, it sucks. But all I hve to say to T.I.M is to stand your ground, your form of self expression is a God given right . People who come to see you know what your about and the organisers of Folsom should know that by now.
And if they do ban you over this, then there is nothing stopping you from putting on your own Annual Fair Day in a secure location, where your rules are the only rules.
